RUSTY STUART (Personal Finance) is one of those rare birds you may find; he's a native Floridian.  He was born in Palatka, Florida, but grew up in Panama City, Florida.  In 1990 Rusty earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Computer Science at Florida State University, and later a MBA from the University of Central Florida in 1995.  He has also received the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) professional designation from the College of Financial Planning.  In 2010, Rusty began his Edward Jones career as a financial advisor in the Satellite Beach and Indian Harbour Beach areas.  He is also a limited partner with Edward Jones.  He and his wife, Kristy, have three children (Elijah, Joshua and Gracie).  They have lived in the beachside area since 1993.  As a family they love the outdoors: surfing, fishing, biking, camping and collecting shells, as well as traveling across the globe.  As a person who gives back to his community, Rusty has been active in Brevard County business and civic affairs for many years.  He has served as a member of the Economic Development Commission and on the Resource Development Council. Rusty was co-vice president of the board of directors for the Satellite Instrumental Musical Foundation, and volunteer as a budget mentor with Love INC, a nonprofit based in Melbourne.  "This is our little piece of paradise.
